Component Technologies

FitLogic's training intelligence is built from interconnected components that work together to deliver personalized, data-driven training. From the core Intelligence Engine that processes your data to specialized algorithms that normalize for environmental factors and predict race outcomes, each component plays a crucial role in transforming raw training data into actionable wisdom.

FitLogic™ Core

The central intelligence engine that actually understands training—built from 20+ years of training data, not just language about training. Transforms your raw data into optimized, personalized recommendations through purpose-built algorithms.

FitLogic™ Dataset

The world's richest endurance training dataset—not just raw workout data, but comprehensive, contextualized intelligence including genetic profiles, environmental conditions, execution quality, stress capacity, and predicted outcomes. This irreplaceable 20+ year foundation transforms raw data into meaningful intelligence for both AI and human decision-making.

Dot Scores™

The normalized performance assessment system that transforms raw athletic data into contextualized intelligence. Dot Scores account for age, gender, environment, and diminishing marginal gains to provide objective 1-to-100 scores that make cross-discipline comparison and meaningful progress tracking possible.

EnviroNorm®

Critical enabling technology within the FitLogic Intelligence Engine that normalizes internal and external environmental factors—temperature, humidity, elevation, wind, and terrain—to enable accurate training prescription, stress quantification, and performance analysis. Separates true physiological performance from environmental noise, ensuring training intensities, metrics, and race pacing adapt precisely to conditions.

PersonAlign™

Age and gender normalization technology that calibrates all performance metrics, training prescriptions, and improvement expectations to your specific demographic profile. By recognizing that physiological differences across ages and genders are profound—not just incremental—PersonAlign ensures accurate performance comparisons and realistic goal-setting for every athlete.

Physiogenomix®

Genetic analysis of 20+ performance-related genes to assess four critical performance indicators—training intensity response, aerobic potential, recovery rate, and injury predisposition—providing genetic insights that enhance FitLogic's AI algorithms for more personalized training prescriptions.

Training Stress Profile®

Your fitness fingerprint that allows FitLogic to prescribe highly optimized training specifically for you based on your unique athlete profile, training data, and genetics. TSP measures your 9-dimension training capacity profile per discipline that quantifies your ability to absorb different types of training stress (aerobic, threshold, muscular, and neural) over different time periods (days, weeks, months) for different disciplines (swim, bike, run).

Normalized Training Stress® (NTS™)

The consummate method of quantifying the physiological stress from a training session. It considers the session's discipline type, environment, intensity distribution, intensity levels, intensity durations, and your Training Stress Profile or your ability to absorb training stress.

Residual Training Stress™ (RTS™)

Residual Training Stress is a measure of the residual effects of NTS on your body based on its varying intensity, duration, and frequency. Different sessions with the same NTS value may have different residuals thus impact your future RTS values differently. Simply put, NTS describes your training. RTS describes your training's effect on you.

Normalized Training Load® (NTL™)

Normalized Training Load is a measure of your fitness or training capacity. NTL does not describe your performance ability, rather it describes your capacity to maintain a certain level of training stress.

TrainX® Score

Measures training execution quality on a 1-100 scale, evaluating how well athletes perform their prescribed training relative to its impact on performance improvement. By quantifying adherence to intensity, duration, and recovery targets across sessions, weeks, and training blocks, TrainX transforms "training quality" from an abstract concept into objective data that drives superior results through better execution rather than higher volume.

RaceX®

Optimized race execution technology that closes the loop between training and racing, transforming fitness into fastest possible race times through precision pacing plans and predictions. By normalizing performance to race-day conditions and generating course-specific strategies, RaceX measures training outcomes against race results—enabling FitLogic to continuously improve both training prescriptions and execution while eliminating costly pacing guesswork.
